Good Samaritan Alliance is a coalition of ministries committed to helping people in need and sharing the love of Jesus Christ in Pickens County and Northern Anderson County, SC.  Current members of this alliance are Samaritan Health Clinic of Pickens County and United Christian Ministries..

United Christian Ministries offers assistance with food, clothing, life sustaining medications, and in emergency situations with utilities, rent, and fuel.

Samaritan Health Clinic of Pickens County provides free medical care to Residents of Pickens County, SC who are not eligible for Medicaid, Medicare or private health insurance, and who have a limited income.
